Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we ship to US only.

Has my order been shipped?

Please note that there is a general 24 - 72 hours processing time on all orders and orders are not processed during weekends. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.  Please wait patiently for this email and check your spam folder.

What is my tracking number?

If your item has already shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included. If it has passed the 24 - 72 hours day processing time and you have not received your email, please contact us.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

If you have just received your tracking number and there is no order status information, please wait a few days for the system to update. If after 3 - 5 days, your tracking number still does not work, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after the time of purchase. After this time period, we have already begin processing on your order and will not be able to cancel the order.
